These pearls turned out to be almost an allrounder! Wonderful with warm dishes like poultry, fish, seafood, or spoon them over a cheese platter, especially for Roquefort or Bleu d'Auvergne, serve with desserts, highlight your cupcakes or drinks. They have a fine balance of fruit and a gentle acidity and are really fun!
